I can assure you that the following “whistleblower” commentary is true and frankly, since I was only focused on my part of the process, I’m certain it’s even more elaborate and damaging once we go and look deeper under the hood. You know, like this.
Regardless, for me, this is about money, not principle. Joe Dunn and the teams he assembled disregarded and disrespected virtually everyone involved in this criminal process he created. But why you would refuse to compensate (as promised) someone on the digital side of things is just plain stupid, but here we are.
Everyone involved (myself included) is a criminal and complicit in one of the most elaborate organized crime efforts of the modern era, from my perspective. This is my firsthand or eye witness account of a modern Crime Family, including how it moves, who calls the shots, and how this Crime Family is extorting and fraudulently bilking the legal system, the media, and celebrities out of millions. Some of these people in the Crime Family work for money, some work for fame, some run on revenge, but one thing is certain, this Lookback Scam is elaborate, effective, and happening as we speak with no apparent ending in sight

Joe Lawrence Dunn is an American former California State Senator who represented California’s 34th Senate District in central Orange Country from 1998 to 2006. In 2010, he was selected as the Executive Director of the State Bar of California. On November 13, 2014, the California State Bar terminated Dunn’s employment!!!!
The California State Bar uncovered that during Dunn’s leadership, Dunn incurred excessive international travel expenses for trips to El Salvador, Mexico, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Peru and Mongolia. The State Bar also filed disciplinary charges against him alleging three counts of moral turpitude during his time heading the organization and seeking his disbarment.
Dunn is a founding partner of The Senators (Ret.) Firm, LLP, “a law and political consulting firm where [the founders]…exert a powerful influence on national and statewide issues.”
While facing these state bar disciplinary charges for countless cover ups, Dunn took interest in his daughter’s friend Alexa Nikolas. Let me take you back a step and start with this: Dunn finds a way to prey on young impressionable women, and helps them find attorneys and shape false legal claims against celebrities, so that he can recover a percentage of the funds promised to these women who, with the help of shady attorneys such as the ones listed here, extort and shake down these celebrities who often pay hefty ransom requests out of fear of being cancelled.

Joe Dunn, the disgraced head of the California State Bar has orchestrated a scheme, to take vulnerable young naïve women, and promise them their big pay-day, so long as they follow his step-by-step guide in extorting money from those in the entertainment industry. To this end, Dunn has comprised a list of attorneys to help assist him in this scheme, so long as they give him his “referral” fee. While on its face, Dunn tries to make it seem like he is there for “the people” or the, quote “survivors,” in truth, and what is happening behind the scenes, the “evidence” is usually false, misleading, and predominately – if not totally – fabricated.
Dunn assists these young individuals to create falsified demand letters, not supported by any truth, with the fear that those in the entertainment industry who receive these extortionist threats would rather pay his hefty ransom that receive negative publicity and get cancelled by a society who has been led to believe that one is guilty until proven innocent.

2014- California State Bar fires Dunn. Dunn retaliated and filed a whistleblower lawsuit against the Bar, claiming he was fired because he had uncovered malfeasance within the organization. Ironic since he was the one committing the malfeasance.

Tom Girardi and Joe Dunn
Tom Girardi, of Girardi & Keese, was the first attorney in the state of California to win a $1 million-plus award for medical malpractice. Girardi led major cases against Boeing, Merck, Lockheed Martin, Pacific Gas & Electric, etc. In the case against Pacific Gas & Electric, in 1996, the utility company agreed to pay $460 million to 650 residents of the desert community of Hinkley, California. This became the story basis of the 2000 film “Erin Brockovich.”
In 2003, Girardi was inducted into the Trial Lawyer Hall of Fame by the California State Bar.
Girardi was also known for his work in Democratic party politics. While Tom Girardi became a household name in Los Angeles, his clients started noticing that they were not receiving their settlement funds.

“Several top bar officials, including board presidents, also received offers of help from another Girardi pal, bar executive director Joe Dunn, to get court positions, according to an internal bar report that found such offers were harmful to “proper governance.” The report also recounted how [Tom] Layton approached Jayne Kim, a prosecutor at the agency, and held out “assistance from Tom Girardi in helping her to become a judge or to achieve some other professional goal.””

An independent investigation is done by the California State Bar, which states:
“Joseph Dunn served as the Executive Director of the State Bar from November 2010 to November 2014, when he was terminated for misconduct and false representations he made to the Board. Together with Layton, Oehler, and Noonen, Dunn sued the State Bar after his termination, alleging, inter alia, wrongful termination and retaliation. Dunn’s suit went to arbitration, and the arbitrator ultimately found in favor of the State Bar. In July 2022, the State Bar, by and through an SDTC appointed under State Bar Rule 2201, initiated disciplinary proceedings against Dunn, alleging acts of moral turpitude in connection with his role at the State Bar. Those disciplinary proceedings are currently ongoing.”
Dunn has personal and professional connections to Girardi and others in Girardi’s orbit, including Miller and Layton. Dunn told us that he first met Girardi sometime in the 1990s, when both were members of the plaintiff’s counsel bar. According to Dunn, Girardi held fundraisers for and donated to both of Dunn’s California State Senate campaigns, in 1998 and 2002. Dunn knew both Miller and Layton before Dunn joined the State Bar in 2010. In 2013, Dunn moved Layton from his longstanding position as an investigator in OCTC into a newly created position in the Executive Director’s Office, where Layton reported directly to Dunn.
CTC 2 suggested that this transfer occurred because she was planning to give Layton a negative performance review. Dunn and Girardi maintained a personal and professional relationship after Dunn left the State Bar; for example, Dunn and Girardi explored working together as attorneys in private practice around 2018. According to Dunn, he and Girardi last spoke sometime in the fall of 2020.
During his tenure at the State Bar, Dunn was invited to and attended lunches with Girardi, including at Morton’s and the Jonathan Club, and parties hosted by Girardi, like Girardi’s Superbowl and Christmas parties, as well as other events hosted and paid for by Girardi.
Dunn’s office, by and through his secretary Oehler, was even involved in assisting a third-party who wanted to attend one of Girardi’s parties. When asked which State Bar employees he recalled seeing at Girardi’s parties, Dunn identified only Layton. When asked if he had seen Greenberg or Richard Platel at Girardi’s parties, Dunn stated that he had a vague recollection of seeing them at parties, but could not place them at specific parties on specific dates. In 2012, an email shows that Dunn planned to attend the dedication of the “Thomas V. Girardi Chair” at Loyola Law School.

Alexa’s allegations: Alexa alleges she met Michael Milosh when she was 16 years old, but admits that she never met him in-person until she was 18, when Alexa flew to another country to meet him. Alexa and Milosh began dating, and eventually married. They were married for four years.

Shelly Auguste file a temporary restraining order and restraining order against Diplo in 2020 alleging that he committed revenge porn. Diplo filed his own temporary restraining order and restraining order against Auguste alleging she committed revenge porn against him.
Diplo later sued Auguste in April 2021 for revenge porn, stalking and trespass. Auguste sued Diplo alleging she sexually assaulted him and gave her HPV.
